Bartlett’s Return Policy

Original Sales Receipt must be presented for all transactions.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days.

Items must be in original condition.

Please do not wind your skeins of yarn.

We cannot accept returns on open skeins of yarn.

10% restocking fee applied to all returns.

Credit back to credit card-please allow 10 days.

If you paid by cash, refunds are only issued back via a check in order to provide proof of transaction. Please allow time for processing.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice. Shipping charges for all returns/exchanges must be prepaid by yourself and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Our Commitment

Errata: Mistakes happen, but we’re doing our best to correct them. If you think we have made a mistake, kindly let us know and we will do our very best to correct it.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right.

Shipping: Bartlett’s ships with USPS, unless it is a substantial order and then we utilize UPS. We are not responsible for custom fees, taxes or import duties associated with international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

We do our best to fill orderes promptly. A confirmation notice will be sent when your order ships. Should we be out of stock, we will let yu know and explain various options.

Digital Color: Bartlett’s does our very best to accurately depict colors and descriptions of items. If uncertain on yarn colors, we offer the ability to purchase a sample pack.
